Price guarantee policy

The price guarantee policy applies to all products in our online store

• The lowest price match is valid within 7 days from the date of purchase 
• The announced price must be in Saudi Riyals, and any other expenses will be calculated if they are part of the price offer (such as installation, delivery, storage, and any additional services) and then compared to the competitor’s price.
   

The price matching process is done by the customer going to customer service and providing the required data

• The original invoice or the electronic Beitunia invoice 
• A copy of the competitor’s advertisement or the competitor’s official website
• In the case of a digital advertisement, whether on social media pages, a copy of the advertisement is taken by customer service, with the date indicated on it 
  
• Each customer has the right to apply this policy and receive a maximum price difference for only one product of the same type

Petunia has the right to change the price guarantee policy without prior notice

The following are excluded from this policy

• Exclusive offers for Petunia store
  
• All products displayed on personal websites or Haraj website
  
• Exclusive offers on competitors’ websites, offers on limited quantities, liquidation offers, special offers for new openings, and offers for loyalty programs, bank cards, and discount codes.
  
• The installment payment method does not include Tabby/Tamara
  
• The price guarantee policy does not include international websites or pre-order stores and special shipping 
• Special or deferred shipping is not included

If you find the same product at a lower price within 7 days of purchase, we will return the difference in the amount you paid, up to a maximum of 1,000 riyals, as a purchase voucher.
